In this new competition cooking show, the search is to find the top local amateur cooking team to represent South Africa in an international cooking championship in Turkey.
Each week, teams will compete in a timed cook-off challenge of their favourite home recipe that will test their teamwork, their cooking talents and their ability to keep slicing when things get dicey. Co-hosted by food enthusiast and radio-celebrity Kieno Kammies, and cooking teacher and caterer, Jenny Morris , the Life Tastes Good Championship 2011 will show off the cooking talents of everyday people who have a passion for good food and follow the winning SA team all the way to the international finals in October. Judges include Emma-Louise Mack from It’s Thyme Executive Catering Personalised and Charmaine Vlotman from LG Electronics. So clear your plates and get ready for the Life Tastes Good Championship 2011, new on The Home Channel in August.
